February 25, 2009 Construction commenced at Midtown Medical Building: Construction on the 32,000 square foot Midtown Medical Building commenced today. The project is expected to be the best in class medical office building in the Delray Beach market. Shell completion is anticipated in October 2009, with move-in availability for tenants beginning in January 2010. Development of the neighboring environmental preserve and water retention pond is also underway and will be complete in time for occupancy. The building is located at the intersection of Linton Boulevard and Old Germanton Road in Delray Beach, Florida. The location is less than 1/4 mile from the 492 bed Delray Beach Medical Center. |

February 18, 2009 Midtown Medical Building Obtains Building Permit: The plans for the 32,000 square foot Midtown Medical Building were approved by the City of Delray Beach, Florida earlier this morning. The three-story building, located less than one half of a mile from Delray Medical Center, will include a covered patient drop-off area, ample parking at 5 per 1,000 square feet, high quality finishes, and flexible tenant build-outs. The building fronts Linton Boulevard, offering visibility from the street, while the southwest corner of the site features a nature preserve. |
