Our brokerage philosophy is based on traditional marketing principals combined with real estate brokerage fundamentals. We pay special attention to the strengths and weaknesses of the assets and prepare marketing materials which present both factors. These materials are presented to the universe of potential tenants from local sources as well as our relationships with large healthcare provides. Once we distribute the marketing materials we COLD CALL on each group to determine their level of interest.

While this premise seems elementary, we find that many brokers are now relying solely on project signage and the Internet to passively solicit tenants. We rely on shoe leather, charm and our insatiable desire to quickly lease-up our buildings.
