Investment Criteria: 

Stanmore seeks medical office buildings and surgical centers throughout Florida. Specifically we are looking for opportunities to acquire existing medical facilities with immediate proximity to hospitals.  Traditionally our investment size is in medical assets between 15,000 and 100,000 square feet.  While we prefer Class A assets, we will also consider re-development opportunities.

Transaction Structures:

The challenging economic environment requires both buyers and sellers to be open about their objectives in order to create a transaction structure which achieves each side's respective goals and is also financeable in the difficult credit environment.  Stanmore is flexible and creative when it comes to finding solutions.
